Whether improving presentation skills, managing tough conversations, or creating a collaborative and trusting team, our improv workshops and team trainings are designed to be interactive, playful, and engaging. We build on the premise of Yes…AND to inspire collaboration, active listening, and creating an environment of trust. 

Our workshops run from 60-80 minutes and are designed for up to 40 people.
